40 hrs per week, 25 days annual leave

The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to service users and staff in drug and alcohol, hostel and homeless services, increasing hepatitis C awareness, access to testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled outreach worker who has excellent communication and organisational skills. Based in London, you will deliver novel hepatitis C intervention services from our testing van in partnership with University College London hospital.

Experience of healthcare working with disadvantaged groups and an understanding of providing services underpinned by lived experience is essential. Your work will involve coordinating van activities which will include hepatitis C testing and treatment support and also providing a mobile Needle and Syringe program.

A full UK driving license is essential.
